+ Marble mine exploitating project in Tham Then Mountain, Tan lap Commune, Luc Yen District, Yen bai province.

+ Marble mine exploitating project in the south of Khau Ca Mountain, An Phu commune, Luc Yen District, Yen Bai Province.

- Concentrate on white marble processing projects in Yen bai including:

+ Project to build up one factory for processing slabs abd blocks at Yen Bai city’s southern Industrial zone.

+ Project to build up one factory for grinding white marble stones into powder at Yen Bai city’s southern Industrial zone.

- To carry on developmental strategies of Vinavico Group in right directions.

- Carry on perfectizing the managing and administrating mechanism with a view to creat the best conditions for business and production.

- To construct successfully overall trademark administration.

- Diversify channels to attract capital sources, appeal strategical investors to become company’s shareholders.
